This was evident the entire time. We never felt rushed or pressured - just supported and reassured that in time, we would find exactly the right home for us. And we did! Brian was reliable and thorough throughout the home buying process. He was timely in completing paperwork and really made sure we understood each step of the process. As first time homebuyers who had already been searching for a while, Brian was just the right balance of patience and confidence. He was able to explain how the process worked and was happy to answer any questions (or calm any irrational fears) that came up along the way. He was attentive and reassuring as we searched to find the right house for us. In addition, he had an easygoing manner and a good sense of humor, which made house hunting an enjoyable experience!
